The holiday season may be over, but there are still plenty of opportunities to boost your sales on Amazon!
Have you considered targeting shoppers who added items to their wish lists but didn’t complete their purchases? This is a golden opportunity to reach interested customers and encourage them to take that final step.
So, how do you target these types of audiences? Here’s the breakdown (assuming you can access Amazon Marketing Cloud) …
Step 1: Execute your audience query for “Shoppers who added items to wish list and not purchased” – either by writing your own SQL query on Amazon Marketing Cloud console or Intentwise. With Intentwise, you can run this query for multiple Advertisers at the same time. I also recommend adding an audience refresh rate to keep the campaign active for more than 30 days.
Step 2: Attach the audience to your Sponsored Product and/or Sponsored Brand campaigns with a modified bid adjustment. This will signal to Amazon that you want to focus the majority of your spend on this type of audience. Think of this as a placement modifier, but for audience.
Step 3: Don’t forget to integrate them into your Sponsored Display campaign by adding them as an audience.
